台風一過
心配していた台風も、個人としては思ったより被害も受けず先ずは安心しました。
本日はその台風が過ぎ暑い夜を迎えています・・・。
23:00を過ぎた現在、室温35度、湿度63%を記録している自室にて、
今日は350ml缶ビールを2本ほど空けてから筋トレに勤しんじゃいました。
(水道橋の職場前から写した夜景です。19:30現在、雲一つありません。)
最近は面倒見ているノラ猫が寄ってくるので、夜間の外出を控えている今日この頃、
めっきり平日運動を行っている管理人ですが、近頃あごの下あたりの脂肪が気になり
始めてきました。
そういった訳ですこしボディービルディングをしようと、思い立ったが吉日ということで
ほろ酔い気分で筋トレを始めちゃいました。
暑い自室内、当然空調はストップ、プチサウナ状態の中10kg/個を2個使い各部のトレーニングを
行いました。ノリで始めた筋トレでしたが、over30となった身としてはアルコールを摂っての運動は
控えた方が良いと痛感しました。
(酒を分解するはずの水分が汗と消え、酔いだか脱水だか判らない状態です)
これから夏場、暑い中屋外で練習をしますが、これを読んでいる皆さん。
くれぐれも二日酔いで練習をしないように。
